The interview for a payments/reconciliation analyst was set up by a recruiter and planned for an hour. If it hadn't been for my questions it would've lasted 40 minutes. I was not aware that it would be a panel (three people) rather than one person. Overall everyone seemed very disorganised and the main interviewer (manager for the position) left halfway through, cutting into my sentence to say they had to go. After they left, the two remaining employees said things such as "Huawei does not really follow a strategy, one day you're working on a project, the next someone comes and says you have to drop it and work on something completely different", which did not really inspire my confidence.
There is no such option here, but I did not get any offer as I told the recruiter straight away afterwards I was not interested in continuing.
