You need to complete their classes with assignments on time. Showing up in classes was mandatory. At the end of the educational program, you need to take test. Then, take online assessment. Upon passing the assessment, you will be scheduled to have an interview with the dist. manager.

I was interviewed by a district manager. The process was very short and straightforward. Just some simple basic questions mainly focus on customer service. Take it easy. Very nice interviewer
