After the proper papers were filled out I was called to the interview room where I was asked Simple questions about work history, attendance and reactions to stressful situations. Also, there was concern of whether or not I had experience.

They had me sign in, and then had me answer a bunch of redundant questions on a form that I had already filled out online, from there an interviewer pulled me aside and asked me about my work experience and what I knew and would be able to bring to the company.
