Interview
After a short screening interview with a recruiter, I met with two senior leaders from Howard for a very brief interview that left no time for questions from me. I felt they were disappointed as soon as the interview began, which was hard not to take personally when they had reviewed my materials and selected me for an interview.

Question 1
Basic strengths and weaknesses questions, along with domain-specific questions.
Pretty straightforward. Had a phone screening, then an in-person interview followed by lunch with my supervisor. I’d say the process is pretty on par with other institutions. I didn’t consider it high stress at all.
