Went down to Laurel for an all day interview and met with around ten people that were mostly in their executive positions. Most were at the main office, but some were at the plant they had down the road from the main office.

Meet with what would be direct management to allow them to ask questions and determine fit. Interview lasted around 6 hours, Received an offer around a couple weeks later.
