How would you handle a difficult client?

There are no difficult clients , but there are people who have had just a bad day, and maybe a difficult life. First of all, you should kindly smile to client and make him feel that he/she is welcome and that he can relax. Introduce yourself by name, thereby making it clear that you, too, are a person in whom it is not decent to throw out negatives .Just to ask in a calm voice to prepare for the session. Massage to such a client should be as gentle as possible to calm the client and so that he/she can relax. In the process of massage, special attention should be paid to the head and the neck-collar area. During the procedure, do not talk - give the client the first to start a conversation or just keep quiet if he / she does not want to communicate. And by the end of the session you will see a satisfied and smiling client, calm and grateful.
