Applied through online portal. Scheduled interview. Interview was in person before COVID shut down. Came in for interview at 8:00AM. Interview had a typical in-person Q&A with management, and included two separate written activities to gauge skill level and thinking.

Interview
The interview is mostly inquiring about customer support. Whether you have experience with utilities, escalations, and or AHT.
The questions are not as an analytical as a CSR I, however, CSR II is more documenting and intake (record keeping), and a CSR III includes escalations, and performing billing functions on commercial accounts
