It was very smooth I went to the job fair and was hired on the spot. Onboarding was smooth and I did not have any issues at all. It took only about 2 weeks
Panel interview for med surg unit could take between 15 minutes to 40 minutes. They asked the basic interview questions: tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, strengths/ weaknesses, how would you deal with a difficult patient, how would you deal with conflict in the workplace.
