They reached out one day after I submitted my application and offered a window of appointments for me to have my interview. The day of my interview arrived and I was ghosted by Sara who apparently does double duty as a hiring manager and a coach at the gym. No email, no message, nothing at all. They left me hanging for the interview. Next day, the job posting was pulled and I knew they had filled the position. I called their office to find out more and was gaslit by a representative named Allison who told me the Sara I had been corresponding with was not the same Sara who worked in the gym. Please understand, I am only upset about being ghosted. Especially in a job market that is so tough. I would've greatly appreciated if Sara or anyone from the company could have reached out to cancel the interview if they had already decided on a candidate. But instead, they just left me hanging. This interaction helped me to quickly understand why the reviews from both employees and customers of this business are the way they are. If you can, avoid them at all costs!
