They found me online and asked me to call them. During the conversation over the phone I briefly talked about my background, which was followed by an invitation to an interview. First interview by phone asking a few questions and then schedule for 2nd interview, 2nd interview the HR manager get to check you out and your CV, if passed then schedule a jobs shadowing where you follow a "trainer" for a door to door business sale if you like it you get jobs offer at the end of the day.
