Hotjar Analytics Engineer interview questions

Did a 20min phonescreen with a recruiter. He asked me for 5 min how to pronounce my name, and told me how important that is to him. At the end of the call, he pronounced it incorrectly. This is to show how superficial this call was. The questions were shallow and I didn't feel like the recruiter was listening. I didn't hear back for 2 weeks, so sent a reminder. After 2 months, I got a response saying that the quality of the applicants is high and that I didn't make it to the next round. I wish the quality of their recruiters was as high as their applicants.
