I was firstly contacted by the recruiter who sent me a file to complete and send back. I had to answer to 10 questions about myself, my background, how I have managed past situations, etc. I was then informed I passed to step 2 of the interview and was meeting the Manager. During the interview I was asked about my background and then some role play questions. It was a smooth and nice process.
