Called the company and left a voice mail with HR. They got back to me the next day. After they asked me a number of questions, they scheduled an interview with the Department Head, that afternoon. She advised me, after the questions and answers, she did mention that they were looking at various possible candidates, and would be back in touch, should they decide to continue negotiations, the following week. Interview was 1/19/16 Waiting for the return call.
