Total disrespect, lack of professionalism, and complete waste of time I went through the entire hiring process at Hostfully and dedicated myself to completing a complex technical project exactly as requested. After submitting everything on time, they simply ignored my work. They went silent for over two weeks without any updates or explanations. When I finally got an answer, their excuse was that the QA team was "off" or "on vacation," which clearly shows how disorganized and unprofessional this company is. In the end, they abruptly froze the QA position without even reviewing the projects or providing proper feedback. If they weren't serious about hiring, they should've canceled the process earlier, not after wasting candidates' valuable time and effort. If you're thinking about applying here, think twice. Hostfully has zero respect for candidates, no transparency in their hiring, and clearly doesn't value people's time or commitment. Avoid at all costs—this is easily the worst hiring experience I've ever had.
