Hostaway Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

Very quick process, straight to the point and comprehensive. They ask questions and test you based on what you will actually be doing on a day to day! Very transparent and fair.

Recruiter, meeting with 2 sales managers, SRO. The managers are very young and don’t have a lot of sales experience. The interview felt very scripted and they tried to test you with hard questions but never really felt like they got to know me. I think the position is great for a recent grad looking to get into sales or has some sales experience. I believe that’s who the are looking for and I didn’t fit that description
