HR phone interview was scheduled not long after application submission. The recruiter called me for a 20 minute interview. At the end of the call they scheduled my second interview with nursing management

After applying I had an interview with 2 unit managers in person. They went over my experience and asked pertinent questions about my new role. I was offered the position within 10 days
For the new grad orientation and residency, you will have an interview with HR and then a panel interview. Be sure to prepare questions about why you'd want to work there. I would definitely research the hospital and see if they've gotten any recent designations or awards

The best part is how great they are with their staff.
During Covid they kept us safe and didnt layed us off!
