Started with an initial phone call from an internal recruiter. This was a very general talk through your experience conversation with some specific experience on certain aspects of it e.g. yous use of certain tools in previous roles. This was followed by a face to face with the future manger and director. Again all very general. Had a final phone call with a global manager based in the US. All conversations were really relaxed there was no "interview questions" at all. Loads of conversations on how you structure your workday at present and some of the time-zones that are required to be supported. The people I met with on every occasion were really nice and none of the every felt like an interview as such. If the interview is anything to go by I really look forward to starting at HW.
