The interview process changes slightly based on the position and the hiring manager involved in the process. The overall interview process is not difficult but it is based on 2 factors; are you capable of the job and whether you will fit into the company culture.
My biggest recommendation to anyone interviewing would be to just be honest in your responses especially around the skills assessment. The skills assessment seems hard but getting the wrong answer may not be bad if other people in the company also got that answer wrong. It's about identifying the candidate's strengths weaknesses and their ability to fit within the organization.
