First I had a interview screen who asked about your interests and why you wanted to go into the industry and work at Horizon. There were not any current open positions at that time; however, a couple weeks later Horizon reached out because there was an opening and I interviewed with the team and accepted my offer.

First Round of Interviews - three people back to back 30 minutes each. Mostly behaviorial questions. Went really smooth, felt like having a conversation with each interviewer. Really good experience.

Interviewed with a hiring manager, then a few days later had 3 30 minute back to back interviews with individuals from the company. The next day I heard back that I got the job.

The initial phone interview with HR is a great experience. They were super friendly and very communicative on what your role would be and what to expect next. The next round you meet with team members where you would be joining. Everyone is super nice.
