Horizon Contact Centers interview questions

The interview process was smooth and straightforward from beginning to end. Everything was clearly communicated ahead of time, and there were no surprises along the way. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the interviewer made me feel comfortable right from the start. 3 stages, typing, question and answer which was average, around 5 question and the practical part, all the interviews were not being done at once, one stage leads to another where failure to pass leads to disqualification.
