Started with about 30 people did an orientation, then split into two groups of 15. After the sent half home. The 15 left got one on one interviews. Those people were offered a position or sent home

Question 1
Come up with a BOB item that we as a company could sell to increase on board sales
Fist is the the initial Application process. Then, you're sent some Audio interview questions about 5 to 6 questions. The last step is the Final Virtual Group Interview where you broken up into groups to ask situational questions related to customer service experience.
It was a good experience and I learned a lot about the company and process. The interview went quickly which surprised me. But overall great experience. I like it was all virtual.
3 stages; virtual video interview, group interview & informational, 2:1 virtual interview. Video interview did not need camera and you can take as much time as you need with 3 tries to record. They got back to me within hours of each interview process
