I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Horizon Air in Mar 2016
Interview
You get there 30 mins early. Make sure you talk to all the other people. Show off your personality but don't be too much. Just make sure to smile.
We went into a room where they talked about the company for 90 mins or so. Make sure to smile and really listen. This is NOT an easy job and they will make sure you know that. They are also very dedicated and clearly love their job. Make sure they can see you have the same passion.
Next we were split into 2 large groups and separated into two different rooms. We were asked to stand and answer questions. We were also given a card facedown and had to stand up and read the question then answer it. Everyone has a different question.
We then were split into groups of 3-4 and had to come up with a product that horizon does not already have, prices and how would we advertise it. This is when you could really see how nervous people were. Make sure to have fun! Most people went up and talked about their product but my group made it a commercial. Everyone was laughing and having a good time which helps calm down your nerves. EVERYONE there is nervous, don't stress too much.
We then were asked to stand and answer a few more questions before Lunch.
During lunch personal interviews were going on which everyone gets to do now! I had to wait 2 hours for mine which was the worst part. On the one on one interview just be yourself and be happy. They are they nicest people and you will feel completely loved. After the one on one you will go back into a room for about 5 mins and wait until someone comes to get you and takes you in the hallway and tells your yes or no. The process is a few hours so be prepared. Bring snacks, make sure you dress professional. Ladies not to much makeup. Also NO piercings for men and women only one in each ear or I promise you will not be chosen. Good luck everyone and I hope to see you in the air.

Fist is the the initial Application process. Then, you're sent some Audio interview questions about 5 to 6 questions. The last step is the Final Virtual Group Interview where you broken up into groups to ask situational questions related to customer service experience.
It was a good experience and I learned a lot about the company and process. The interview went quickly which surprised me. But overall great experience. I like it was all virtual.
3 stages; virtual video interview, group interview & informational, 2:1 virtual interview. Video interview did not need camera and you can take as much time as you need with 3 tries to record. They got back to me within hours of each interview process
