4 stage: 1 - Chat with recruiter (30 mins) This section was fine. Chatted through the job and past experience. Straightforward and friendly person. Really sold the company well. 2 - Pairing code test (60 mins) This was not a pairing test. It was essentially quite a daunting task where your screen and every move felt like it was being scrutinised. There was barely any feedback or chat from the interviewer which made the process very daunting. Not nice. 3 - Systems design test (60 mins) Was not a systems design test. If you are preparing for this, make sure you prepare for how you would write a web-chat plugin with an npm module. A systems design test would cover the whole architecture rather than a specific part of it. 4 - Values test - Competency based test based on the Hopin values.
