Hoover Treated Wood interview questions

I applied online and was called in for an interview. He literally asked me no questions just told me about the job. I asked him a few questions and highlighted some of my skills while talking with him. I met with the department supervisor. He seemed unprepared to conduct the interview. Only talked to me for about 15 minutes.
