Interview
It started with a phone interview that went well and was told then that I would be advanced to the next interview process. A week later, I received a phone call from regional manager and we made an appointment to meet and interview in person.
Both the phone and in person interviews were mostly business related questions leaving the psychological type questions to a minimum. They were professionals looking for the same to fill their employment requirements.
After a phone screening, there was a casual sitdown with an easy to talk to interviewer. Asked good questions about operations and employee relations and offered honest insight on company workings.

Interview
I had to meet with a training manager and then the regional manager. I also had to undergo a back ground check. It was a relatively average and rapid process.
