Applied via LinkedIn and got a referral from a long time friend who worked at the company. Was contacted via LinkedIn by their hiring manager to set a phone screening time. The phone screening was only a few minutes and included simple qualifying questions about experience and why I was interested. A few days later was contacted to set up an interview in person. The in person interview included 3-4 other people from the company. Questions were similar to your typical interview questions gauge experience and work attitude, There was a second interview set up about a week later where we went more over "culture fit" questions. This included 3-2 people as well and was more of a group conversation to see how well you can get along with the team and learn more about your personal life a bit. I was contacted the same day after the interview notifying me that I was accepted for the position and the start date was set for a little over two weeks later.
