Day of Phone INT:Engaged with a lovely Recruiting lead who told me about the history of Honor, direction about the role, culture, mission based approach and concept. We spoke for full 30 min. Seemed to be a very engaging dialogue between both of us. She then stated next steps, she would absolutely follow up with me regarding next steps by end of week. I let several days pass beyond end just heard back. I sent 2 follow up emails and not even a courtesy turn down email.
As a professional Recruiter with 15+ yrs working for some of the biggest brands, I find this lack of communication very disappointing. Even if I was not a right fit for the role, consideration for candidate experience should always be a forefront of the process.
