I went to the Honda office in Torrance for an in-person interview. It was a mess. The receptionist refused to notify the employees that I was there, and insisted I needed to notify them myself, even though I did not have their contact info. So I ended up having to call the recruiter who luckily worked on campus and was able to take me to the proper place. However all this made me late, which is a bad foot to start off on, even though it was not my fault. The folks I interviewed with were extremely laid back as if they had either never interviewed anyone before, OR already knew they weren't going to hire me and had someone else in mind. I had to ask all the questions and even had to prompt them to ask me questions. Despite my follow-ups, it took almost two months to hear back, only to be declined.
