I applied online which consisted of me submitting my resume then spending 30 minutes filling out all the information that was on my resume into the various fields. They then sent me a word document to fill in the questions on which were essentially the same as my resume as well.
in the interview there were 4 behavioral questions, one of them was about your experience. another question about one experience working in a group. there were two recruiters on the call.
pretty standard asked you about decision making process and why you would be the best candidate for the job. The guy who interviewed me was very nice and understood most of the things I was talking about.
Great, the however interview got sidetracked. It was a normal length interview, and the majority of the questions were relevant to the position. A lot of the questions they asked me, were based on my major and projects I have done, but at the time of interviewing I did not do any.
