Began with a typical phone screen, which came several months after my initial resume submittal. Then, a few weeks later I was called in to do a face to face panel interview with HR and Team Mgr and Dept Mgr.

Typical interview questions... Why do you want to work here? Give an example of a time you had to deal with a negative situation and how you resolved it, etc. Then there was the, If you were a tree, what kind of tree would you be, and why?
