The process was very professional and efficient. They asked direct questions relating to the position I applied for. I had three interviews and they were all conducted in an professional and timely manner. I absolutely liked, appreciated and respected that you knew exactly where you stood in the interview process. The lines of communication were always open.

Standard panel interview after the HR interview with a useful training program afterward in person. Underwriting questions were presented and types of loans discussed. It was a 2 way conversation lasting about an hour

Interview process was very smooth and thorough (in a good way). HR was on top of everything and was punctual for every scheduled call/interview and replied to all questions very quickly. All parties involved made it an enjoyable experience.
