I was invited to interview for the Ecommerce Project Manager position. I was asked to fill out a 20 minute assessment. I was interrupted twice by the lady who invited me to interview before the time was up (all the while I could hear a older man on speaker phone talking with his web developer). I could tell from that point that she was a micro-manager. The older man who was supposed to interview me had forgotten about the interview and he only briefly sat down to interview me to ask me about one item on my resume before bailing early on the interview. I was astounded. Instead of having the lady screen my experience over the phone before asking me to come in, I ended up wasting 40 minutes of my time to drive to the office. Also the lady spoke bad during the interview about the employee who had resigned for another job and a current employee.
