They Asked me questions about my experience .The phone call Lasted about 45 minutes long. It was a Very pleasant conversation. It was friendly but professional I was offered a second interview in the office.

What experience do you have working with patients recently discharged from a hospital or nursing facility.
The interview consisted of a phone screen interview followed up by take home assessment. The position was described in detail and basic background questions asked. The interviewer was pleasant and well informed of the role and challenges one would face in the position.

Have you had to walk non-technical people through how to access online training.
Three rounds with recruiting, then the team members, then the director. Vey good interview process and culture. The interviewers were on time and respectful of our time. The interview process was good, no complaints.
