The interview process it's very long it was short and simple. It felt more like a conversation than it did me getting asked multiple questions. I felt like they were trying to get to know me.

Interview
The interview process I would honestly say was a very new experience, not only having one but three interviews. Each interview was very conversational, seemed very natural and comfortable. In my opinion, it became a little more difficult for every interview leading up to Todd.

Interview
My interviews were unlike anything I'd ever experienced before. They happened in phase and after each one I was left with a positive feeling of accomplishment. Each interviewer was looking for something different and also gave different sides to the company. I'd be happy to refer HomeLight to anyone, I know they would be in good hands.
