A panel of two people who were both very friendly and put me at ease. Interview was done over Microsoft Teams and I needed to show a valid ID before starting. Interview lasted about 45minutes and the questions were a mix of prepared 'behaviour' questions, and 'strength' questions which I wasn't expected to prepare for.

One thing they asked me was to give an example of a time I had delivered at pace. This was a question I'd prepared for.
Fair, took around 30 mins, asked me to provide examples. Please remember to use the STAR method with providing examples. Had 2 individuals giving the interview both of whom were senior, location of interview was in Westminster only a few minutes walk from underground station.

Interview was online via an automated process. I actually preferred this interview method as I found it less intimidating than having a face to face interview. Overall I thought the interview process went well but getting the results afterwards took over 2 months
