Interview
I had a video interview and it was very straightforward.. It was questions regarding competencies and hobbies. I got offered the job in June last year but I have not started as the security checks are taking a lot of time. Recruitment is very slow.

Give an example of when you had to make a decision on something others in the team had an opposing view. They then asked about my hobbies and what I like to do in my free time.
Fair, took around 30 mins, asked me to provide examples. Please remember to use the STAR method with providing examples. Had 2 individuals giving the interview both of whom were senior, location of interview was in Westminster only a few minutes walk from underground station.

Interview
Interview was online via an automated process. I actually preferred this interview method as I found it less intimidating than having a face to face interview. Overall I thought the interview process went well but getting the results afterwards took over 2 months
