The company’s internal culture initially seemed to reflect their promises of commitment to diversity and inclusion to “foster an inclusive culture where everyone can be their authentic self at work, actively seek diverse talent and ensure fair treatment for all employees and job applicants” until the in-person interview which was the complete opposite. One of the interviewers was disrespectful and condescending interrupting almost every answer to her questions. How does that foster inclusivity, authenticity and fair treatment?
