I applied through a consultant and had multiple rounds of interview . First HR screening, In-person interview at their office, skype round - technical. After clearing all this there was a fitment round of discussion by HR on phone. There was a gap of 2 to 3 weeks between each step.

Question 1
What are the roles and responsibilities in last role?
Two rounds of interview
One technical where they ask questions on finance Operations, reconciliation, co lending operations etc.
Second round is more of a formality
Salary negotiation is the bad part they don't pay well at all.
The office is in Gurgaon. The senior management is good and there have been Leadership changes

Interview
Fairly simple. No case studies. Just two rounds of interviews I had post the HR discussion and those were with the reporting manager and the skip level manager. The questions were basic and if you have a Fintech background which was there in my case.
