Met with several people at the initial interview. Started with the co-founder of the company and was then vetted to speak with the VP of Home Buyer Publications. Upbeat, progressive tempo to the meeting. It moved quickly from 1st interview to hire stage based on video/tv/internet experience. I was not expecting an offer at the first interview but pleased to receive it. Started out in one department and was quickly promoted to the Events department. Opportunity is presented to those with solution based, synergistic thinking.
