They found my profile on LinkedIn. After I filled out the form, HR scheduled an interview with the founder. He was 30 minutes late to the first meeting and then tried to review my skills live—which is fine, but not appropriate for a first interview. From my perspective, he’s the type who wants to control everything, yet his website is a mess: poor UX/UI, even with horizontal scrolling on mobile. Anyway, he left the first meeting early and scheduled another one. He was late again and had forgotten what we discussed previously. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience with Sardor. It’s better to avoid this company unless they establish a proper hiring team and the founder realizes he doesn’t ‘know’ everything.
