Got to the final 2 candidates. Then to be told they’re going with the first one before I had had my final interview. Unfair process. Miss leading. Advised to bring all paper work and ID for final interview to then not even have it.

Very easy, i wasn’t even going for an interview and hadn’t applied for a job, i was giving my lodger a lift for an interview but the exec chef then informally interviewed me then said if i want the job, just apply now and it’s yours.

Interview
It consists of two managers and the head chef, it was unperson and quite friendly. The question asked wasn't difficult and was quite general. I got asked on what I would do incase of emergency, cross contamination, team work etc which were the core of the company. I was also asked about extra work and previous related experience and my speed of work.
