I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Hologic
Interview
No direction, very disorganized, judgmental, and unprofessional. Inconsiderate of my time. Asked me (on more than one occasion) to be at an interview in another city- the day before the interview was supposed to happen. Upper management seems toxic. Very glad I don’t work at Hologic after experiencing the interview process. I should’ve said I was uninterested after seeing the first few red flags- would’ve saved myself time and effort.

Question 1
Would you rather be late and fully prepared or on time and unprepared to meet with a client?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hologic (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2025
Interview
I found two positions online, reached out to the hiring manager - had a great phone call to discuss previous experience (which was positive from my understanding). Got the close to move to the next step, I thought it was great since the HM lived in my area. Ghosted entirely. No response to messages, and I was told the role was urgently hiring. To me, places like this that blow smoke in your face about a next step and don't have the decency to even text you back that they filled the role (or not), screams terrible management and I would never step foot into an organization like that.
