Two interviews, first with area manager, second with regional manager. First interview required shop floor test, for an hour and basic questions regarding experience. Second interview was more in depth and challenging. Interview er also focusses a lot on your personality and lifestyle.

Lovely experience.
I was met by a very friendly manager who conducted an informal interview, talking about my previous experience, achievements, leadership style and goals.
Unfortunately the timing didn't suit so we went separate ways but it was a very positive and fulfiling experience with a lovely person.

Had interview with area manager than 2nd stage interview with regional manager , general back ground questions then talked over what challenges thought would come up in store and how would go about resolving them. Targets and how going to achieve them. Staffing issues and development. General stratagy about how to carry forward business and indivual shop.
