I applied for a sales agent position directly on Holland America's website and received an invitation to do a phone interview less than a week later. The initial interview went really well and I was asked all the typical interview questions for a sales agent role. The call ended after about 30 minutes and I received an email shortly afterwards asking me to complete an online assessment which I completed immediately. A week later I got an email for another interview where I was basically asked all the same questions as the first interview, along with a mock sales pitch. At the end of the interview, I asked the recruiter about the next steps in the hiring process & she said there were "No additional steps" and that I would hear back from the hiring manager within a week. A few days later, I received an email asking me to do a third interview with the actual hiring manager, & that interview lasted about an hour. I was also asked to complete another online assessment after the interview. I completed the 2nd online assessment and waited for a response that never came. I was told by the hiring manager that I would receive an email within a week letting me know if I was hired or not but that was over a month ago. I emailed the hiring manager about 2 weeks ago asking if the position had been filled but never received a response. After 3 interviews, and 2 assessments, I would've appreciated a response letting me know the position had already been filled or that they were moving on with other candidates instead of having me wait for weeks for a response that they never planned on sending. Such a waste of time. Beware of these "ghost jobs".

Very Easy- Two interviews, nice work environment. Felt great afterwards. The call back was quick. Quick job offer. Friendly staff, friendly management. The interviewer made you feel comfortable. Very positive atmosphere.
