First, a phone screen. Then set up for an in person. I was told it would be with the Property manager for the region and the Mechanical Engineer manager, who would be communicating via phone call, because he was in Tennessee. I went to the interview and then see that another, originally non-disclosed person was there too. Then, during the actual interview, another person walked in but had nothing to do with my interview. He sat down, right at the table and did nothing. Right after that, another person, who actually came in for another interview for a separate position, not associated with this one was also allowed to actually enter the very same room and sit in the back.
Then I was told there would be follow up. A week passed, no one reached out to me, so I inquired about it, to be told that they were now actually waiting on the client they were hiring for, to make a decision about the actual contract. So they were just trying to get a few possible candidates ready but not for immediate placement.
That was never discussed nor mentioned ever prior to the interview. Lastly, after 2 more weeks of waiting, I reached out again for follow up and no response.
Overall not very impressed with this company. The interview was very disconcerting and unorganized. The non-disclosure of particular job requirements, concerning the prospective client and no professional follow up as was promised left me out in the wind with this company.
