I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Holidu (Munich, Bavaria)
Interview
The first and the last stage for me was a call with HR. He asked me about my experience and my current work position. Later he asked me to do a test with a sharing screen. The test was easy(some questions about java, spring, application, hibernate). I almost got a maximum(I got a copy of my answers and checked everything). However, it wasn't enough to move forward. I wouldn't recommend you to interview there. Such a waste of time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Holidu (Munich, Bavaria) in Jan 2018
Interview
After sending in my application letter I was contacted by an HR member.
We set up a date for an initial conversation and had a pleasant talk during which we got to know each other and the company.
An interview with two coworkers followed shortly after during which we went over my profile and my general Java and programming knowledge. After which the CTO carried on the interview.
This turned out good as I was sent a home assignment to complete on my own time.
The solution pleased the recruiters and I was invited over again for one last interview, in which we went over my solution and some extra thinking exercises to confirm my insight.
Later that week I was contacted by the CTO with the news that I got the job.
