15/12/2021 Applied for role through a recruiter 04/01/2022 1st Interview, it was remotely via google meetings with the IT Manager 10/01/2022 2nd Interview in person at head office with the IT Manager and the Finance Director 12/01/2022 Offer received from the HR Director. 15/01/2022 Offer was withdrawn after I requested that the confidentiality agreement regarding talking about salaries with other personnel, and the opt-out clause for the working time directive to be removed from the contract. No feedback, just offer withdrawn. Copy of employment contract, together with copies of their internal policies, and the company handbook were sent on 12/01/2022 and arrived at my address 17/01/2022. Only the employment contract was sent via email.
