Hodgson Russ LLP interview questions

Interview process was formal but welcoming. Felt as though their priority was someone looking to become part of an integrated team. Made me feel comfortable in a very competitive process. Seems like they care greatly about adding attorneys who fit a certain kind of personality of being hard working, smart, kind, and cool.

First round of interview process was a screening conference call with two partners from the firm. Second round of interview process was a four hour in-person/skype (hybrid) meeting with 8-10 partners/associates.
