The interview process was short and simple. It prepared me for the position and laid out all the elements of the job. Was able to meet with everyone involved to ask necessary questions

Interview
First had phone interview with management. I was then interviewed by the CEO. Perceptions of CEO: very self centered, but didn't think much of it at the time. Work culture during interview seemed fine, but later found it was all very negative with no vision/directino - and centered around fear of not meeting goals.
