Hitec Holding BV interview questions

Interview process was wishy washy. Went through 2 Interviews and was told I was receiving an offer letter after the 2nd interview. There was a last minute 3rd Interview, whom the hiring manager apologized for, that was made to be seemed more of a formality. After the 3rd Interview I received an email saying I was no longer considered, despite being told I have the qualifications.
